		<description>Lorna, I think you are making an excellent point!  I often have my clients use a gratitude journal (thanks, Oprah!) to help them re-orient their thinking around that which is positive in their lives.  

I&#039;m wondering if you have other tools you might use to help individuals find and appreciate the positives . . . .  If so, perhaps you could share some of those ideas in a future post?
